Return & Refund Policy

All products are non-refundable.
However, exchanges are available under specific conditions detailed below.

Exchange Eligibility

A product is eligible for exchange only if:

  • It was damaged during transit, or

  • It has a manufacturing defect.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be in its original condition.

  • Tags and packaging must be intact and unused.

  • The original Down & Awake Coin received with the product must be returned along with it.

For size exchanges, an additional ₹100 courier charge will apply.

Non-Exchangeable / Non-Cancellable Conditions

  • If the issue is not reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If the product is used, damaged, or missing tags, packaging, or the Down & Awake Coin.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

About the Down & Awake Coin

Each product is accompanied by a Down & Awake Coin — a physical token symbolizing authenticity and connection to the brand.

  • The coin must be retained as proof of original purchase.

  • It must be returned with the product in case of any exchange.

  • Missing or damaged coins will render the product ineligible for exchange.
